This weekend invites you to gently reconnect with your feelings and experience the present moment with all your senses. In a safe space, you will have the opportunity to lovingly recognize and set your boundaries, while deepening your connection to yourself and others through conscious touch and mindful encounters.

It is an invitation to show up authentically and be present, experiencing what it means to be fully in the here and now. Through the exercises, you will deepen your connection to yourself, feel your true needs, and learn to be in true presence with yourself and others. This is the first step toward living relationships with trust and openness and experiencing freedom in the moment.
